Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that the "Alias - Word Game" application (com.cosmopanda.alias) and the website https://cosmo-panda.com/ may receive about the User while using them. Please read the Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the application.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Application and Website Administration (hereinafter – Administration)” means authorized employees who manage the Application, organize and/or perform the processing of personal data, and determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” means a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data not to allow their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or another legal basis.
1.1.5. “Application User (hereinafter – User)” means a person who has access to the Application via a mobile phone.
1.1.6. “Cookies” means a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s mobile device, which the Application sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time the Application is used.
1.1.7. “IP address” means a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Using the Application by the User means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.
2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Application.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Application. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can follow via links available in the Application.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Application Administration to not disclose and to protect the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User at the request of the Administration when registering in the Application.
3.2. Personal data allowed to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User through the Application or when contacting User Support and includes the following information:
- User’s country
- User’s device model and operating system version
- Statistics on the use of application features
- Email or phone number (with the user’s consent)
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The Administration may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Providing the User with access to personalized resources and recommendations in the Application.
4.1.2. Providing paid services, including purchasing access to the full version of the Application.
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Application, service delivery, and processing of inquiries and requests from the User.
4.1.4. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Application.
4.1.5. Providing the User, with their consent, product updates, special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Application.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The User’s personal data is processed without any time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Application Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of providing services to the User of the Application.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide information on personal data necessary to use the Application.
6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data in case of changes.
6.2. The Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret and not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transmitted personal data of the User, except as provided in Section 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data according to the procedure usually used to protect such information in existing business practice.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User’s or their legal representative’s request or the request of an authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of detection of false personal data or unlawful actions.
7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
7.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
